Eligibility for Refund:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@birminghamschoolofmanagement.co.uk within 14 days of purchase or course start.
- No refunds will be issued for services or materials already provided.
- Refunds can only be requested at least 24 hours before the start of the training.

- To request a refund, please provide your name, course details, and reason for the request.
- All refund requests will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the decision within 10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Registration fees, administrative fees, and any printed or digital study materials are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued if you are expelled for violating school policies or the law.
